This quote from Ralph Marston is in alignment with my own quote I have used for years as an affirmation. “Everyday I wake up I have a choice. I can be happy or really happy. And today I choose to be really, really happy.” Now this isn’t some Pollyanna fantasy or untruth it is real and works. I have had my share of hard, tough and tragic days and weeks but I Always have a choice how I experience it and view my day and life. My hardship doesn’t fully disappear and get solved no but I can still wake and be happy to be alive, to be breathing, thankful for the health and good things I do have right now. If you look you can find your own list no matter how small or large. But that base of happiness is where you start and build. So my suggestion is choose happy and joy versus the alternatives.
Enjoy Ralphs quote too.
